RENEWING NOW for 2025-2026

The Culpepper Team is renewing leases for the 2025-2026 year. If you are planning to stay in your home please let us know and we will assist you in securing the best rental rate available.   Our renewal extension is a one page document that can be sent to you prior to the expiration of the current lease term.   We will assist you with the process and have included some additional tips to make the process seamless:

• Start early: Begin the process at least 60–90 days before your lease expires to give yourself and your landlord time for negotiations and paperwork.
• Negotiate rent and other costs: You can negotiate the base rent, security deposits, guarantees, and other costs.
• MTM month to month terms are usually higher than a new 12 month rent renewal.
