Security Deposit Return

We hate to see you go! Once you have moved out of the unit this is the process to receive your deposit back.

Follow these steps for the fastest return:

1. Send your request in the portal through text or email
2. Provide a forwarding address under your portal click:  Contact Us/Request Notice to Vacate
3. In the portal under Request Notice to Vacate there is a space to enter your ACH information. This will allow you to receive your deposit back via ACH and you will not have to wait for a check.

All requests are processed within 30 days of the request for return.
